YOU ARE
Our perfect candidate has a grip on understanding the business aspect of clients’ products and delivering all kinds of user assistance. You are to communicate with system-oriented developers and business-oriented stakeholders effectively, drive full-dress investigation before getting down to presenting your findings to the audience, and organize various types of information into self-contained pieces.
Required experience includes
- Advanced or Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Estimation, aligning, and managing own tasks
- Google Docs & Spreadsheets
- Markdown
- A grasp of plain English guidelines and international writing standards (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Practice in creating API guides and API reference docs (OpenAPI)
- Work experience within Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Attention to detail, striving to immerse in technical peculiarities
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Creating and updating API documentation
- Diving deep into the business aspect of products that you document
- Identifying project and documentation requirements to produce corresponding user assistance
- Conforming to the TechComm project requirements, follow style recommendations and guidelines
- Arranging product documentation a way to ensure usability and convenient navigation
- Wresting information from SMEs and ensuring that they provide technical review of your content
- The client to elicit requirements, validating and approving your work at main stages of documentation development life cycle
- Performing editorial review of the documentation created by another TC
