- Experience with administrating business processes or services
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong planning skills and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of sourcing best practices and tools will be a plus point
- Understanding of main roles and profiles in IT company
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-orientation
- Successful multitasking and organizational ability
- Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- An excellent writer and communicator with B2 (Upper-Intermediate+) English level
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Processing execution according to defined workflows: documenting, presentation templates, reports preparation & materials collecting and storing, invoicing, cost verification, revenue and profitability forecast validation with the delivery team
- Monitoring processes execution, ensuring achievement of process execution goals
- Supporting in the team performance tracking and assisting with accounts development: market research, accounting development plan consolidation and actions execution tracking; analyzing of financial results and recommendations
- Identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities of the markets, and domains
- Preparing Weekly Digest of the key announcement, publications in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. among the team
- Educating process stakeholders on process-related aspects – assisting with a new employees onboarding
- Social Media Platform management
- Creating non-technical and technical posts, sharing some news, actual updates, events, etc.
- Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials, events between Global Marketing & CSL/VP Sales
- Executing and supporting departments and team-related activities
- Events organizing, team socialization to increase team engagement: Team Building and Team meetings organization
