Account payable specialists – the team of experts with a focus on processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, providing financial and administrative support to the organization.

With us, you will take part in the day-to-day management of payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient. As an important team player, you will help to improve the payment process by interacting with employers and vendors on a daily basis.

YOU ARE

• Experienced in accounting and finance (at least 2 years)
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree specialist in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar area
• A highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized individual
• Attentive to detail, showing great data entry skills
• A decision-maker, always analyzing and solving problems
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines on multiple priorities
• A great team player with professional integrity
• An excellent communicator negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts
• Demonstrating Upper Intermediate+ English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Checking accuracy of invoices
• Flagging and clarifying any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
• Sending invoices up for payment, their entering and uploading into the system
• Performing reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations and more
• Preparing analysis of accounts, and their monitoring to ensure payments are up-to-date
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
• Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries
• Producing monthly reports
• Assisting with month-end closing
• Providing supporting documentation for audits
• Maintaining accurate historical records
