Our Client is a well-known workforce company that empowers industrial workers with modern digital tools to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Their Connected Worker Platform transforms static, paper-based procedures into mobile and interactive work instructions, enabling workers to leverage multimedia formats and collaborate in real-time. With them, companies gain unprecedented insight into human work by capturing essential data to improve their operations at scale.

At this moment, the SoftServe team is working on nearly 3-to 4 different subprojects/products for this client. Right now, there is a need for an Implementation consultant who will work with end-users directly by providing implementation services and be responsible for understanding the customer's end-to-end business processes and providing the best practices on how to optimally implement solutions.

YOU ARE

• A self-starter & quick learner able to quickly pick up new software, customer's product, software solutions our customers currently use (often industry-specific)
• Skilled in developing presentations, demos, and videos to facilitate customer deployments
• Having the analytical skill and ability to articulate business problems and proposed solutions with great thoroughness and precision
• Understanding RESTFUL API
• Possessing any consulting experience (desired)
• A holder of good communication and presenting skills, attention to detail
• Demonstrating Upper-intermediate+ English level
• Showing Intermediate Strong+ German level
