What you bring to the team:
This position executes responsibilities in the full cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening candidates for various positions technical and non-technical, interviewing, tracking/organizing data, etc.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing/interviewing or desire to learn and develop in recruiting role
- Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English
Your day-to-day activities include:
- Sourcing potential candidates
- Reviewing applications to obtain work history, job skills, and salary expectations
- Chatting with candidates to provide information about the organization and position
- Conducting interviews with candidates all across the world
- Keeping statistics and reporting
- Performing other duties as assigned
Conditions:
- 100% remote work
- Flexible work schedule: if you have reliable internet, you can work from anywhere in the world and whenever you feel comfortable (full-time or at least 84 hours per month)
