- Managed environmental protection and GESI integration strategies and mentored GESI and Environment officers for CAD $19 Million horticultural market system project funded by Global Affairs Canada.
- Trained UHBDP and NGO partner staff, along with private partners and rural communities in four locations (Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia) on gender equality, inclusion, and environmental protection in the context of agribusiness and business.

- Adapted in-person training into an online training curriculum on business development tools, like the business-wheel and calculators of horticulture and beekeeping project website, AgroWiki, a free access resource for horticultural growers.
- Led the development of gender analysis and business development tools, like agribusiness wheel and adapted business model canvas and gender sensitization training materials.
- Built the capacity of Ukraine NGO in strategy development, mentored staff to prepare annual work plans, monitoring and achieved KPIs.

- Work with the Canadian cross-cutting managers in the sphere of gender, environmental protection to enhance and apply a strategy, work and activities plan for the project in coordination with the team.
- As part of the project team, assess and evaluate the application of the gender and environmental strategy, program, events and matching grant contests under this scope. Includes the design of gender-related and environment-related targets, indicators, data collection, and analysis of results.
- •Along with the project team, ensure equal participation of people in all the components and levels of the project.
- Work closely with partner's organizations on the strategy development and action plan in the sphere of gender and environmental issues.
- Work with the project staff to identify suitable people leaders to act as Lead Farmers under the project model, viable solutions concerning environment footprint.
- Identify, explain, and promote gender, environmental, development issues and interests in the rural, urban communities (for smallholder farmers, communities, NGOs and SMEs).
- Work with the Canadian cross-cutting managers (including, gender, environmental protection) to prepare and lead workshops, trainings for the project team on gender, environmental footprint and its relationship to agriculture and SME development.
- To provide information, documentation, and contacts in reference to gender which are pertinent to the project as well as promoting people's access to project activities.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
- To perform other tasks the position requires to achieve the project's goals and objectives.
