Senior HR Manager

Game development studio 4A Games Ukraine is looking for Senior HR Manager to join and support our team.

Responsibilities

Senior HR Manager key responsibility will be to evolve the team:

• Gathering requirements about team need in specialists and summarizing vacancy descriptions.
• Searching qualified candidates for open positions.
• Managing recruitment process (setting up interviews, providing feedbacks).
• Managing of onboarding for new employees.
• Creating and maintaining database of current and prospective employees.
• Coordinating and participating in employee development programs.
• Managing employee appraisals.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to employee experience.
• Managing employee engagement.
• Working with team leads on approaches to team management.
• Maintaining work culture and helping resolve employee issues.
• Sharing information with employees and collecting overall feedback. 
• Coordination of employee health insurance program and other benefits.
• Organizing events and work travels for employees.
• Developing of HR systems and processes, preparation of various HR reports.
• Keeping up to date with local and global HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in HR processes (managing/recruitment).
• Understanding of game development recruitment.
• Experience using different candidate sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, ArtStation, DOU, Djinni, Behance, etc.).
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Preferences

• Playing video games.
• Experience in IT / Game Development recruiting (technical and non-technical positions).
• Experience with HRIS/HRM.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
