We are looking for a dynamic new member of staff to join our International and professional Lead Generation team.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are responsible for prospecting, part qualifying, and generating new sales leads based on the ICP of the company.

About You

  • Advanced written and spoken English;
  • Analytical skills to understand buyer personas and ICP
  • You are a leader and ready to lead a team.
  • Experience with Lead Generation Tech Stack (LinkedIn sales navigator, LinkedHelper, Outreach automation tools, Hunter.io,Snov.io
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24);
  • Advanced GSuite (Gmail, Google Spreadsheet, etc.) user

Your impact

In the first three months, you'll improve your skills in lead generation under the supervision of the Lead Generation Manager and Head of Sales (how to find the right buyer persona and nurture leads,

  • How to outreach effectively via LinkedIn and email)
  • By month six, if successful you'll start being involved in onboarding new lead gen specialists
  • By one year, you'll have the possibility of leading the team of lead gens or rise to sales Executive depending on performance.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, nurturing, and part qualifying leads on the US and EU and Asian Market

  • Conducting outreach on LinkedIn to grow your own personal network for success in your role.
  • Generating part-qualified leads based on KPI for the sales department to turn into sales opportunities.Developing alternative channels of lead generation (groups, alternative sources of leads)
