International Road Logistics Forwarder

Our Road Logistics Forwarders are a key point of contact for our customers. They coordinate our customers’ shipments with the highest level of customer care whilst ensuring accuracy in their work.

 Your role

In this role, you will offer and coordinate freight forwarding solutions in a timely and efficient manner to the customer, ensuring the accuracy and quality of your work. The ability to work on your own initiative is a key as well as being a team player. You will develop excellent relationships with customers, providing the highest level of customer care in an environment of continuous improvement.

 Your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning, controlling and ensuring successful forwarding operations
• Implementing business processes aimed at operation optimization
• Planning, analyzing and controlling expenses
• Conducting negotiations with clients and preparation of commercial proposals
• Concluding contracts with customers and subcontractors, tracking contract terms
• Ensuring compliance with existing regulations, adhering to all the policies and rules of the company.

 Your skills and experience

• University Degree in Economics, Logistics or related
• 2 and more years of relevant experience
• Methodical and logical approach
• Customer focus, target orientation
• Analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal relation and communication skills
• Ability to show initiatives/ideas for processes improvement
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on your own
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, English intermediate or higher
• Confident user of MS Office, willingness to explore and work with Company’s IT systems
