Business Intelligence Analyst

Kernel - the world's leading and the largest in Ukraine producer and exporter of sunflower oil, and a major supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to world markets. Kernel exports its products to more than 60 countries of the world. Since November 2007, the shares of the company are traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).

We are looking for a BI analyst with a strong sense of excellence to develop corporate reporting and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.

In this role you will:

• Develop reports and dashboards for internal business partners.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, and wrangling on diverse data sets from a variety of sources. Profile data to identify and understand anomalies.
• Build dataflows to use as master data sources for other reports.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts to understand data and move projects forward quickly.
• Ideate and calculate metrics to quantify concepts discussed by business customers. Provide insights through data visualizations.
• Improve visuals and simplify key reports produced by teammates, driving up the reporting quality across the company.
• Develop standards and practices to share across the Power BI community of 50+ report authors. Drive data quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with building reports in any business intelligence tool.
• Proactive communication skills and preference to work without formalized business requirements.
