English Teacher/ Coach (remote)

We are looking for a FULL-TIME English teacher/ coach to improve the knowledge and skills of the company's employees, develop the ability to pass interviews with clients, and present ourselves in English successfully.

Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mastery: CEFR Level C2);
• American pronunciation;
• Passion for English and teaching;
• Experience in teaching in groups and individually (from 2 years);
• Online teaching experience;
• Proven track record in upgrading students' level within three-month period;
• Knowledge and use of different teaching methods, creativity in work;
• The ability to find an individual approach to people;
• Organization, responsibility, kindness;

It will be a plus:

• Profile higher education;
• Experience in an English-speaking environment;
• Interest in the IT;
• Availability of at least one international certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE, CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL);
• Availability of experience in preparing for international exams (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English);

Responsibility:

• Define the level of English of each student;
• Hold both individual and group classes;
• Develop and lead classes;
• Track progress of individuals and groups;
• Creation and conducting of employee testing to ensure the success of the language program;
