IT Recruiter

We're staff augmentation provider for Israeli based startups, we help them to build and extend their teams with the best talented engineers. Now we're looking for Senior recruiter to hire many strong hi-tech professionals and to bring additional value and experience to Perceptionbox team!

  Key Responsibilities:

• Searching and shortlisting using different tools and platforms;

• Screening and interviewing;

• Candidate database enrichment (we use Greenhouse);

• Internal projects participation (employer branding related);

• Ongoing learning and bringing initiatives about process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years in IT recruitment;

• Intermediate level of English;

• Good communication skills;

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and software;

• Ability to keep the record of the work done, knowledge and usage of recruiting metrics;

• Positive "can do" attitude.

Additional skills:

• Experience in staff augmentation domain;

• Experience of hiring abroad.
