Junior IT Recruiter/Talent sourcer

The websites we have been creating for over 9 years are highly ranked by Google and operate in various global markets: Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan, Brazil, and others.

Now we keep working and supporting Ukraine’s economy in this turbulent time. We are expanding our presence in new markets, scaling up projects and supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

That is why we are looking for a JuniorRecruiter/Talent sourcer, who will join our HR team and help us to find and attract talents in IT and digital marketing sphere, including web-developers, SEO specialists with foreign languages, and affiliate managers.

Requirements:

• you have 0,5+ experience in full-cycle recruitment in IT companies only and successful cases of position closing

• knowledge of different tools and instruments for candidate sourcing (you know what Boolean search is and you can search for candidates not only on work.ua)

• basic understanding of programming languages/technologies

• you are friendly with LinkedIn and other channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow, job sites, social media, internal database, etc.)

• you know how to find rare IT and digital specialists and you can get their contacts

• you have great communication skills (verbal and written) and can get a candidate interested on our company and vacancy

• English on B1/B2 level

• you are organized, result-oriented and have a great desire to learn, explore digital marketing niche and grow in recruitment

Responsibilities:

• source candidates where no one has looked for them yet

• contact and communicate with candidates on a daily basis

• provide candidates with the information about company and open positions

• prescreen candidates CVs, manage first contact and lead candidates through the recruitment process in the company

• conducting HR-interviews and preparing information about candidates after

• manage and update our internal database (we use Hurma)
