Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join our team, who will help us working on the support of the Oracle HCM system for the USA Customer in the Finance Operations sector.
Responsibilities:
- Performing ad-hoc and regular support tasks
- Report to Customer on weekly basis
- Communication with Customer on tasks
- Communication with Oracle Support team
Qualifications:
- Willing to develop as a Technical Support Engineer and Developer
- Technical education
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly
- Responsible approach to tasks
- Attention to details
- Upper Intermediate English
