Trainee SAP S/4HANA PP/PM (Production Planning, Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Trainee SAP S/4HANA PP/PM (Production Planning, Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant for different international SAP ERP implementation and support projects.

Areas of Responsibility

• Learn SAP S/4HANA system in selected functional area under the mentorship of experienced SAP consultants
• Help in configuration of Demo-System and demo-data/processes preparation
• Help in current SAP implementation projects within:
  • Processes testing
  • User Manuals preparation
  • Master Data preparation
  • Train users, support them during training, cutover and Go-Live
  • Investigate system issues, find workarounds, provide guidance to SAP users upon their requests
  • Help the project team to analyze and implement new SAP functional configurations together with experienced consultants
  • Create and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• Economics, Finance or Computer Science education
• Analytical mindset
• Intermediate English
• Good communication skills
• Experience working with business systems as a user/consultant like SAP, 1C (1С), MS Dynamics (Axapta, Navision), JD Edwards, Oracle OEBS, IFS, BAAN, IT Enterprise (IT Предприятие), Galaktika (Галактика), Parus (Парус) or Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.
• Experienced MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of key accounting principles
• Understanding of enterprise economy basics (Controlling, Management Accounting) – company/unit/products costing and profitability models, especially in production companies, budgeting
• Understanding of production planning and plant maintenance processes – material requirements planning (MRP), bill of material (BOM), routings and capacity planning, production scheduling, quality management, batching, substitutions, raw materials/components and goods issuing/movements, management of maintenance and repairs of the equipment, spare parts planning and procurement

Will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of SDLC phases
• Basic programming skills
• SQL/RDBMS experience
