REQUIREMENTS
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Open-mindedness and ability to adapt
- Well-developed self-organization and structured mind
- Attention to details
- Proactiveness
- Ability to write concise and clear messages
- Understanding of business processes
- Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of KPIs and measurements is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIESBEING A PART OF OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Helping in building the most efficient and effective management system
- Collecting quality measurements from key business processes, consolidation, and preparation of analytical executive reports
- Auditing and assessment of EQMS. Initiating and leading improvement to the system
- Maintenance of the integrity of EQMS. Making sure documentation, process descriptions, policies, manuals correspond to each other
- Performance of audits, create audit reports
- Identification of nonconformities, recording them
- Development of documentation, templates, process descriptions and manuals
DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU WILL:
- Get theoretical knowledge about compliance/quality management and information security management. ISO 9001 and 27001
- Observe and review real-life cases
- Participate in real assignments
- Participate in internal audits
- Pick up simple tasks, plan their execution, report status
- Communicate with internal stakeholders
- Closely work with a mentor to make sure you are on track with the internship program
