Description: A Digital Marketing Manager at RGray is an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized person; someone who is a motivated self-starter, with clear communication skills and experience in multitasking. This marketing jedi manages several marketing projects related to IT and cryptocurrency at once, and works as a part of a cross-functional team. This person will be responsible for establishing and managing a digital marketing process for project development, launch, and operations — from qualifying a project request to final output and reporting. Primary Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Own the day-to-day management of the project process (SEO, Paid Marketing, SMM, Content Production, Email Marketing etc.)
  • Report project progress status to Team Lead & CEO on a weekly basis.
  • Understand business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify optimal processes and procedures to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proactively partner with internal and external teams to ensure strategy and project assignments are in line with agreed-upon timelines.
  • Come up with innovative and creative ideas to ensure projects' success.

Education and Experience:

  • From 2 Success cases on similar or semi-related positions (mostly in B2C products);
  • 2-year' experience in a marketing management role;
  • You could always provide several variants on how to fulfil the tasks.
  • Understanding the cryptocurrency markets and basic knowledge of how blockchain technology works; If you a cryptocurrency owner (Bitcoin or Ethereum), it’ll be an advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of how popular CMS works (WordPress, Tilda, Webflow, etc);
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics (GA Universal & GA4, GCS, Ahrefs);
  • Understanding of how main Ad Networks work (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads);
  • Ability to launch multi-level marketing campaigns, and then, process the inbound traffic through various website funnels to convert it;
  • Hands-on in performance marketing, brand strategy and positioning development, sales funnels optimization, marketing automation and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you should be a team player and positive go-getter;
  • Understanding of marketing, creative and production processes and terminology;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Flexibility and ready to experiments;
  • Experience with foreign markets and upper intermediate/advanced English level.

  • 8 hours working day/5 days a week (1 day remote work upon request, Free time management based on current KPI);
