Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will provide effective legal support to the business Partners and Company as a whole through effective Company’s representation in its disputes with third parties, effective contract management and antitrust systems maintaining in order to ensure full legal compliance of the Company within current Ukrainian legislation and corporate guidelines

 We invite those, who:

• Will manage Company’s representation in public/commercial disputes and process of answers to government requests
• Maintains and ensure effective Antitrust Management system in the Company
• Will organize and maintain contract management process in the area of responsibility (under the rules and procedures of the Company)
• Will set up and provide timely and appropriate legal support ensuring regular activity of business partners and effective activity of the Company as a whole
• Has strong experience in Antitrust Law & interaction with Government organizations
• Has advocates license
