Your contribution:

This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly-motivated top-manager`s assistant to assume a pivotal role in the evolution of a fast-growing, highly-respected organization.

Your role will be extremely crucial in maintaining companies effectiveness through the assistance to the top-manager.

What we are going to entrust you:

• Providing sophisticated calendar management. Prioritize inquiries and requests, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day schedule.
• Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the TOP manager’s ability to effectively lead affairs, including: sharing and receiving reading information and execution of personal assignments
• Preparation of reports and documentation management, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents and reports; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence
• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the top-manager, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
• Anticipating top-manager’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
• Coordinating all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed
• Providing "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team

We are happy to invite you for an interview if you have:

• Significant executive support experience, which is more than 3 years, including supporting C-level executives
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners
• Knowledge of English language (Upper-intermediate level and higher)
• Ability and experience to act in multitasking and autonomous mode, with a large amount of information, not afraid to deal with unfamiliar tasks
• Positive thinking and ability to make the appropriate decisions
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• High organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
