The basic demands are:
- Intermediate English and ability to express your thoughts and ideas in a written or verbal way;
- At least one year of relevant recruiting experience;
- Attention to the details, ability to work independently and achieve planned goals;
- Good team player and well organized.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting information regarding recruiting roles you will search, JDs writing;
- Posting vacancies at job boards;
- Interviewing candidates via phone, remote, or face to face;
- Reference check;
- CRM using;
- Collaborating with colleagues from national residency and global team.
