We are now looking for a Medical&Commercial department Assistant to further develop and sustain our activity in Ukraine.

Location: Kyiv 

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative support of the unit on all emerging issues
• Documentation support (signing, printing, scanning and archiving)
• Participation in the organization of events: timely planning logistics of the event (list of participants, booking hotels, tickets, agreement with the lecturer, etc.).
• Control over the receipt of all closing documents for a specific event from the employee responsible for the event, registration of all necessary documents in the internal approval systems and process control
• Development and preparation of information and materials for cyclic meetings of department employees
• Close communication with all team members
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Confident user of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• English  (intermediate level)
• Diligence, accuracy, ability to work in a team
• Experience in a similar position will be a plus but not mandatory
