User Acquisition Manager (Facebook)

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Facebook) to launch advertising campaigns using paid marketing channels like Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others (Health&Fitness).

Challenges you'll meet:

• Full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns management: launching, optimization and scaling

• Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization

• Advertising campaigns performance monitoring, optimization and reporting

• Research and evaluation of new user acquisition channels

• New insights and process improvements development

Your professional qualities:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing (specific experience with mobile consumer apps would be a real benefit)

• Practical experience with Facebook Ads/Google AdWords/Apple Search Ads and/or advertising networks

• Experience with other channels (Snapchat, Tik-Tok, Unity, Applovin, Ironsource) will be a huge plus

• International paid acquisition hands-on experience

• Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets

• Analytical mindset. And be prepared to do some maths 

• Experienced user of Excel

• Upper-intermediate English
