DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Financial Analyst who will join global FP&A team in Kyiv and help EPAM and local Management to track company performance and make better decisions. You will be involved in most of EPAM processes both on global and local levels in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Do diverse ad-hoc analysis and modeling
- Help with budget and forecast processes for various parts of the organization
- Ensure and control that the budget is properly administered
- Identify and develop opportunities for reports/processes improvements
- Provide key business and financial guidance to the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- At least bachelor degree in economics/finance/management
- 1-3 years of experience in finance (or related fields) in international companies
- Excellent Excel skills
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Experience in working with budgeting, planning, financial analytics and modelling, management reporting
- Can-do attitude and readiness for challenges
- Analytical skills and attention to details

- Previous experience in IT companies
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI (or other tools)
