This senior role is about business processes workflow and reporting automation based on SQL, Power BI, Excel and Sharepoint, as well as financial analysis of P&L data, forecasting financial results and utilization, staffing, attrition analysis, client metrics and KPIs governance. Work in Shared Service directly with account and delivery managers. A mix of analytical, technical and communication skills is expected.
REQUIREMENTS
- Upper Intermediate+ English and knowledge of Excel (formulas, macros) is a must-have
- Prior experience with SQL, Sharepoint and Power BI based automation (or similar toolset)
- Solid understanding of corporate financials, previous experience with company/department P&L analysis
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Understanding of BI and Microsoft Automate tools concepts

- Attention to details, conceptual mindset, business analysis skills (ability to formulate requirements)
- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team of BI and Microsoft
