Company: SPRIBE is an IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Relational Database
  • Experience with REST API
  • JSON
  • Git
  • English - Intermediate (writing and verbal communication skills)


Responsibilities

  • Investigate and supply analysis to fix application/configuration issues (improper configuration/deny of services etc.)
  • troubleshooting of B2B customers issues
  • Creating and maintenance integration processes with new customers
  • Support customers during the “go live” process
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries relating to information, product functionality, and issues
  • Assisting in developing support documentation for partners.
