We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager (for remote work). We work with small and middle business all over the world offering integration of cloud applications of Zoho Corp., in particular Zoho CRM – a top-rated product which is among best CRM systems in the world.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in Business Development \ Account Management \ IT Sales (B2B);
- Technical background in IT service\product company;
- Excellent knowledge of any CRM system (Zoho CRM would be a huge advantage);
- Good knowledge of marketing tools for business; Background in Marketing - desirable;
- Minimum Upper intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
- Focus on earning % from your deals, not on fixed salary;
- Quick problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude;
- Great negotiator, with strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
What you will do:
- Boost the company’s growth in terms of both revenue and headcount;
- Improve and maintain sales and marketing strategy in the company;
- Manage sales and marketing department; setting goals and evaluating performance;
- Coaching our sales and marketing department;
- Active communication with the clients as well as the whole team;
- Maintain customer satisfaction;
- Searching for new clients and capabilities at worldwide markets;
- Look for new business opportunities
- Participate in occasional business events
- Prepare reports for the company’s founder
- Work with legal documents (NDAs, service agreements etc)
