Online Sales Analyst
One of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a Online Sales Analyst (e-Commerce)
Requirements:
1. 3+ years expertise in the field of sales&marketing data analysis, MBO, trade marketing. Experience in e-commerce data analysis and management;
2. Good knowledge of KPIs and digital marketing tools raw data structure;
3. Market research and analytical skills;
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
5. Advanced Excel and PP, SAP, Google & Facebook tools (Analytics, Ads);
6. English Upper Intermediate and above.
R&R's:
1. E-commerce store sales & marketing analyst works with conversion and traffic data to optimize media buying model and channel split;
2. Prepare forecasting on sell-in, sell-out, profit, returns, performance marketing, execute return of investments estimation for eStore new features development, MBO calculation and CS performance - average speed of reply, NPS;
3. Initiation of reporting optimization, trade marketing activities based on sales performance, controlling budget spends on promo, marketing and agency costs,sales
4. NPS data gathering and segmentation;
5. Supply Chain Management planning & execution;
6. Analyze key performance indicators in terms of marketing and sales, assess the impact of promotional campaigns on sales, conduct regular marketing analysis, initiate marketing activities and activities to increase sales;
7. Formulate promotion plans based on the marketing plans of the Departments, initiate exclusive and special promotions, including sales plans for the promotion, budget and type of advertising communication;
8. Maintain reports: in terms of sales, the effectiveness of current marketing activities, keep up to date financial information on expenses for partners, analyze traffic and conversions in each sales channel;
9. Enter information about approved promo activities into the online store management system, monitor current promotions;
10. Carry out work in the internal systems of the company in terms of processing information about finance and sales;
11. Carry out the processing (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction) of PD within the powers established for it and in accordance with the requirements adopted by SEUC
