We are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfil the position of Forecast Analyst.
We invite those who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in Demand planning or market research/analysis of consumer trends
- Enjoys to work with large information data, has skills and knows how to analyze large information data
- Analyze and interpret data from all available sources (both internal and external) to monitor consumer dynamics, trade channels, brand performance and efficiency in order to identify potential risk & opportunities
- Ensures weekly root-cause analysis and forecast accuracy improvement
- Ready to do daily analysis and parametrization of demand forecast on SKU-store level
- Makes estimation and calculation of impact from additional activities and includes them in demand plan on time and in full
- Provides proactive cross-functional communication (with Buying, Stores, other local & global teams)
- Will organize and lead monthly category Consensus meeting Being involved into team spirit and communication
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Has English written and speaking knowledge on Intermediate level
- Has experience in Project management
- Technical skills: Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, base practice in Microsoft PowerBI and SQL (preferrable), SAP
