The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant candidates within target companies and engage them
- Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates
- Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring the information is up-to-date for all open positions
- Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process
- Practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
- Strong drive for result and teamwork
- Learning agility and creative mindset
- Intermediate English or higher
