Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of the local IT market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative approach to sourcing
- Excellent knowledge of active search tools
- Proactive approach, multitasking, and flexibility
- Work effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Team player who can also plan and deliver independently
As a plus:
- Work experience on a leading position
- Upper-intermediate English
- Work experience in a recruitment agencies
- Ability to work with objections
