Business Analyst
Requirements:
• 2+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Supply Chain, FMCG, or related area
• 1+ year experience in software requirements management
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis
• Technical documentation writing skills
• Analytical mindset, attention to details and desire to learn
Would be an advantage:
• Attendance of IIBA courses
• Technical background (a computer science degree or experience in
software development)
Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in requirements gathering and documentation for best-in-class EDI Web-based product
• Work in close cooperation with Product Management, Design Team, Customer Success, Customer Support and Development Team to ensure requirements completeness and consistency for ongoing and future initiatives
• Close cooperation with Product Owner to fully support Development Team in terms of requirements readiness for ongoing tasks
• Create and maintain a product knowledge base
