RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize business trips and provide support to EPAM employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation etc.);
- Cooperate with different shared services, vendors and other departments involved
- Solve related administrative and commercial issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English (B2+)
- Experience in business visas arrangements
- Expertise in full-cycle travel arrangements
- Strong knowledge of business travel processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Proactivity
