Due to the business scale and opening of a new office in LATAM, an international full-cycle IT holding opens a Junior Recruiter vacancy. The company operates in 60+ countries around the world.
This vacancy is ideal for those applicants who want to change their professional field of activity. The vacancy includes full-fledged training and mentoring from scratch.
The main task of the position is high-quality hiring of specialists suitable for the requirements of the company.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in any administrative and SMM marketing position;
- A good theoretical base in psychology, recruitment, as an advantage, experience in the position of a researcher, assistant HR manager, SMM manager, marketing assistant.
- English - Upper Intermediate.
- Mindfulness, multitasking, practical interest in the field of digital marketing and IT technologies.
Tasks:
- Searching for candidates for open vacancies (working with job sites, LinkedIn, social networks).
- Conducting full communication with candidates, correspondence, telephone screening of candidates, checking the level of English proficiency.
- Conducting basic interviews and preparing information about candidates after.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates, uploading documents necessary for the exit of new employees, updating information in ATS.
- Performance reporting and analytics.
