IT Recruiter - remote or office
Unicsoft provides professional software development services for sustainable growth of SME and start-ups worldwide and has a headcount of 150+ people. We are looking for an IT Recruiter to perform staffing for the core team, team extension and fully managed departments.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of recruitment experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency;
— English — intermediate written;
— Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices, interviewing process;
— Solid communication skills;
— Result-orientation;
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and to multitask;
— Customer impact, market understanding;
— Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
— Gathering and clarifying requirements for different vacancies;
— Recruitment of engineers for core team, team extension and delivery departments;
— participation in employee onboarding, assessment, maintaining database records;
— working with subcontractors, including recruitment agencies.
